We were featured on the NAB Morning Call Weekend Edition, where Arms discussed how our global equities fund operates with just two people and AI.
Armina explained our differentiated approach to portfolio management:
"When we started Minotaur Capital, Thomas and I recognised that the world doesn't need another fund manager. So we had to do something differentiated. And we started with that blank sheet question. If you could redesign funds management today, knowing what we know about AI and technology, how would you build it? And the answer for us was Minotaur Capital."
We've built a diverse global equities portfolio spanning German defence companies, Polish game developers, Japanese pharmaceutical firms, and Australian healthcare technology stocks. Our approach focuses on identifying mispricing opportunities across all market caps, sectors, and geographies — a capability enhanced by AI's multilingual processing of non-English media sources.
The interview explored how AI helps us process information faster, avoid confirmation bias, and maintain a more diversified portfolio than traditional global equities funds.
