We're pleased to be featured in the Australian Financial Review's comprehensive analysis of stock picks from leading Australian fund managers, showcasing our global equities investment expertise alongside industry peers. As an Australian-based global equities fund, we continue to identify compelling opportunities in international markets through rigorous research and analysis.
Our investment approach focuses on identifying undervalued companies with strong fundamentals across global markets. In this feature, our co-founder Armina Rosenberg highlighted two particularly compelling opportunities that demonstrate our global equities expertise.
This includes CD Projekt, the Polish video game developer behind popular franchises including The Witcher and Cyberpunk series:
"It already has among the best returns on capital metrics from global gaming companies, but more frequent game releases from 2027 onwards mean core earnings will double, which the market isn't pricing in," she said.
We also identified Cover Corporation, a Japanese digital entertainment company that has demonstrated remarkable growth from $1 million to $360 million in revenue through talent management and character creation for streaming and digital entertainment. Trading at 23 times forward earnings, the company's guidance for profit growth of more than 40% appears conservative.
These selections reflect our commitment to finding opportunities in emerging sectors like gaming and digital entertainment, areas where our analysis helps identify potential market leaders.
